Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. I charge a 30% cancellation fee for all no-shows & cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Deposit is non refundable however it is transferable to rescheduled appointments. No call no shows will be charged in full. If you are running late, we ask that you call to inform us so we can do our best to accommodate you. In return we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so accommodations will be made accordingly. Arriving any later than fifteen minutes after your appointment time may result in rescheduling your appointment.
